My name is Lorenzo Greco and I was born on 10 April 1958 in Sicily. At the age of 5, during one night I had a vision in which I saw myself surrounded by sheep mixed with goats that were moving away from the two horned rams. There was only a small lamb coming towards me. During this night, I had a very strong experience with the Lord and I was covered by Ruach HaKodesh (what I understood only later) and I began to praise G-d in a very profound way for long hours. This vision has been continued and the incomprehensible prayers were repeated for many months. At that time I did not understand the meaning but this vision never left me.

When I was 23, once in a church in Germany I gave my life to G-d and I had an experience of the new birth, I was baptized in the water and started to study the Bible. I wished to announce the Good News of Yeshua and I distributed hundreds and hundreds of treaties in eight villages, going to door-to-door houses, streets, squares, railway stations,  for 5-6 hours a day after my work. At the age of 26 I married Teresa and together we founded two evangelical communities where I was a pastor for many years.

In 1992 we met the Messianic Community with Rabbi Paul Ghenbassia, the founder of Beth Yeshua, the messianic congregation in Belgium. I became interested in the question of Israel and found that G-d had a plan for Israel and a plan for humanity on the part of Israel! The plan of G-d for Israel, the two branches of the olive tree ... I was moved and full of love for the Jewish people. Later I discovered that I was a marrano Jew myself and I wanted to reconnect to my roots. In Belgium I attended Beth Yeshua and carried out the messianic work of evangelization. In 2002, based on a prophecy, I was entrusted with the post of pastor in the Beth Yeshua community in Belgium, where I am pastor until today. In 2014 I founded a messianic community on the Riunion Island in the Indian Ocean which I continue to follow.

Since 1992 I am a member of the IAMCS (International Alliance of Messianic Congregations and Synagogues).  I attended international conferences where I met among others Rabbi Itzhak Shapira, Jonathan Bernis and today I am supported by the Mission in Finland, PATHMOS. I got to know Rabbi Itzhak Shapira when he brought the Torah to the messianic community in Paris and then in 2014, Rabbi Itzhak Shapira also donated the Torah to our community in Belgium, I am a talmid of Yeshivat Shuvu Italiana since 2017 and I currently represent Yeshivat Shuvu in Italy where I am working to bring the messianic vision in Italy. Understanding my vision as a child, which I always carried in my heart, today I serve G-d in my complete identity, observing the Torah and serving G-d until He wants me to do it.
